Ben Stainton is a newcomer at Graph, having commenced employment in early August 2023, when he took up one of our Project Manager positions, which had just been vacated. It was an important appointment for Graph: we needed a person with the right technical skills and experience of course but, even more importantly in this particular instance, we needed a person with the right personal qualities.
Ben described himself as, “a considerate, charismatic and enthusiastic professional with a focus on teamwork and quality”, and it’s a fitting description: Ben is a very good addition to the Graph team and he’s here for the long term.
Ben’s previous employment in the industry has mostly been with one other builder, where he was involved in a diversity of building types, and a wide range of contract values for both private and public clients. He has excellent skills in building relationships with clients and subcontractors, which is critical to Graph’s ongoing success in the construction industry.
