Accordingly, Graph’s commercial projects reflect not only a diverse range of product types and project values, typically in the range of $0.5m (say for an office fit-out) to $30m (for say a multi-storey building).
They encompass not only new buildings, but a range of refurbishment/extension projects, often working in and around the client’s existing operations, and sometimes in heritage buildings.
Graph also has a housing division which, in conjunction with architects Manns + Troup, delivers custom built homes on a design and construct basis to suit individual clients and their unique home sites – see Graph Residential.
Graph Building has operated under a diverse range of contractual arrangements, to suit specific client needs: traditional “construct only” contracts, design and construct, project/construction management (often with a guaranteed maximum price), “cost-plus” arrangements. Such arrangements can result from a negotiated tender or from a traditional competitive tender process.
